This research aims to design and develop an Information Communication Technology system for tourism and hospitality industries in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The system consists of Desktop and Android Applications. The results from the usability testing and evaluation shows that the overall tourist satisfaction increases after the adoption of the new system. Moreover, the system also strengthen the communication between tour guides and accommodation providers.
